Matridox will custom build your fully automated document assembly system. Below is an outline of the what to expect during the five stages of development.

Stage one – The planning stage Send examples of the documents to be automated, such as client documents or even unfinished templates you have designed. No markup is necessary. We will examine what you send, ask some simple questions to ensure we have a firm understanding of your expectations, and create a written proposal. Our proposal will include the following: - a total cost estimate - a target date of completion - a maximum cost guarantee We strive to provide the most accurate estimates possible. Bear in mind --- we project the total number of hours based on our understanding of your goal. When you are ready to move forward, we request a payment of half the total estimate. |

Stage two- Building your template set This is when our real work begins! As we labor diligently to automate your templates, plan on meeting regularly (usually once a week for no more than 30 minutes). You can view our progress, ask questions, and participate in constructive dialogue. Good communication ensures: -excellent results -quick turnaround -minimum cost We then give the templates to our beta testers, who act as users and report any imperfections. We make the necessary corrections and return the set to the testers; this cycle repeats until our product is flawless. |

Stage three- Installation Time to install your new template set! Remember, we perform the installation ourselves, and provide end-user training to you and your co-workers. As you begin using your new templates, report any errors --- or anything you just don’t like --- no matter how small. We want to know, and HotDocs strives to assemble perfect documents every time. We feel confident that your assembled documents will require no corrections. However, we are happy to repair any faults you might discover if they are reported within 30 days of the intallation. |

Stage four - Completion Once your templates are up and running smoothly, the balance is due. Enjoy the returns on your investment! Remember, your document production time will be reduced by 75%, your productivity and work ratio will improve radically, and we provide free unlimited maintenance for 30 days after completion. |

Stage five – Optional maintenance plan You may sign up for continued unlimited maintenance for a small monthly fee of 1% the package price. This plan gives you our undivided and continuous support at no extra cost. If interested, you must sign up within 30 days of the date of completion. Without this plan, you may be charged the regular troubleshooting rate. |
